We will pick you from Arusha airport or Kilimanjaro airport for overnight in your accommodation in Arusha city.
Depart from your Arusha hotel at 8:00 AM for a scenic three-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, passing through beautiful Tanzanian landscapes. Arrive at the park around 11:00 AM and begin your full-day safari drive. Tarangire is known for its large elephant population, as well as lions, leopards, tree-climbing pythons, and iconic baobab trees. Take a midday break for a packed lunch at a designated picnic spot, surrounded by stunning scenery. Continue your safari in the afternoon, spotting diverse wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and various bird species. Depart from the park at 5:00 PM and arrive at Jambo Lodge by 6:00 PM. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge and reflect on the day’s adventures. Conclude with an overnight stay at Jambo Lodge, ensuring a restful night in comfortable accommodations.
After waking up and having a full breakfast, you will pack your luggage into the safari jeep and start an en-route game drive to Serengeti, with lunch inside the jeep. On the way, enjoy views of the Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in Serengeti around 3 PM. You will then have an evening safari drive in central Serengeti, witnessing the sunset. Afterward, have dinner and an overnight stay at Seronera campsite. The Serengeti’s major attractions include its endless plains and the great wildebeest migration, involving 1.5 million herbivores and their predators. Your driver guide will ensure you see part of the migration, with vast numbers of wildebeests, zebras, and smaller groups of Grant’s gazelles, Thomson’s gazelles, elands, and impalas.
You will wake up at 5:45 AM to enjoy an early breakfast and the breathtaking sunrise over the Serengeti plains. After breakfast, embark on a morning safari drive until 11:30 AM, spotting wildlife like lions, leopards, elephants, and giraffes. Return to the campsite for a hot lunch and pack your belongings. After lunch, set off on another safari drive as you make your way towards Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy the scenic drive, transitioning from Serengeti’s savannah to Ngorongoro’s highlands. Arrive at Simba Campsite in the late afternoon, offering stunning views of the crater. Conclude your day with a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay at the campsite.
Wake up at 5:30 AM for breakfast, allowing you to maximize your time exploring the Ngorongoro Crater. At 6:30 AM, descend into the world’s largest inactive, unbroken, and unfilled volcanic caldera, enjoying breathtaking views. Begin your morning safari drive, spotting the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the critically endangered black rhino. Around midday, take a break for lunch inside the crater, enjoying the serene beauty and high concentration of flamingos and other bird species. Continue your safari drive in the afternoon, exploring the crater’s diverse ecosystems and wildlife. By 3:00 PM, ascend from the crater and pack your belongings for the drive back to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha in the evening, enjoy dinner at your hotel, and rest for the night.
